What is a VIN?
A Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is a 17-character code unique to your vehicle. Your VIN can be found in the following location: vehicle registration, title, insurance card, driver’s side dashboard or door jamb, or the front of the engine block under the hood.
Do I need to have my vehicle inspected to purchase a plan?
You are not required to get your vehicle inspected when choosing a coverage plan.
Does my coverage include roadside assistance?

How do I file a claim?
Simply bring your car to any Dealership or Repair Shop of your choosing, we will take it from there! We will speak directly with the Dealership or Repair Shop and pay them directly.
Is my policy transferrable?
1. If you sell your vehicle, the coverage can be transferred with no fee to the new owner.
2. If you purchased a new vehicle and traded in your old one please contact us, it is possible to move the unused portion of coverage to your new vehicle.
How do I cancel?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you would like to cancel your plan within 30 days of purchase you will receive a full refund. After 30 days you will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your plan.
